Application or Service refers to Softinator Group Social Media and all related features and functionality.
User refers to any employee or authorized representative of Softinator Group or its affiliated companies who has been granted access to the application.
Third Party Platforms refers to external platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and similar social media services.
Access to the application is strictly limited to authorized internal users of Softinator Group and its affiliated companies.
The application is not intended for public use and is not offered to external clients or third parties.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Users must ensure that all information provided during access and usage is accurate and up to date.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, unauthorized activity, or security concerns are identified.
Users may use the application solely for legitimate internal business purposes related to managing social media accounts owned by Softinator Group and its affiliated companies.
Users must not:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
Publish, schedule, or manage unlawful, misleading, harmful, or infringing content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
Use the application in a way that violates the policies or terms of any Third Party Platform
The application integrates with Third Party Platforms through their official APIs.
Use of Third Party Platforms is governed by their respective terms, conditions, and policies.
The Company does not control and is not responsible for changes, restrictions, suspensions, or limitations imposed by Third Party Platforms.
Permissions granted to Third Party Platforms may be revoked at any time through the respective platform settings.
Users retain ownership of all content created, scheduled, published, or managed through the application.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their content complies with applicable laws and Third Party Platform policies.
The Company does not routinely monitor, review, or endorse user content unless required for security, legal, or compliance purposes.
The application, underlying software, design, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of Softinator Group.
Users are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the application for internal business purposes only.
Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the application without prior written permission from the Company.
